Alicia Jackson is awesome and I loved working with her. She was very helpful, kind and compassionate.
She took her time to work with me not only in messaging but finding other solutions for our video sessions, after missing an appointment, she was very constant in staying in touch and to check on me even after few days not hearing from me - she's very patient and doing her best to give her best working with me. I would most definitely recommend her! I'm grateful to have her as my counselor!
Alicia has helped me quite a bit with my problems. I can honestly say I lacked a lot of self confidence and self respect and I was struggling with my depression and anxiety a lot until I started working with her.
I’m completely blown away by her expertise and timely responses. I feel she’s gone above and beyond to help me.
Alicia is a great counselor. She always responds to my messages quickly, and she's really easy to talk to. She's been helping me understand how to better process my thoughts and feelings especially when it comes to the death of my family members. I would recommend her to anyone. She is such a nice lady and I'm glad she was assigned to me.
