Amy has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life this year. When I was feeling overwhelmed by stress and uncertainty, she provided a safe place where I felt heard, understood, and supported.
Her kindness, compassion, and guidance have helped me navigate challenges that at times felt impossible. She has given me tools to manage stress, see things more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence.

Amy has been a wonderful therapist overall. She is very responsive, sympathetic, and encouraging, and she offers a safe open space to communicate in which I am comfortable and confident asking questions and bringing up topics and issues to discuss and find support for regarding family, kids, dealing with emotional challenges and adolescence, navigating times of loss and grieving (specifically in my case regarding a long loved family pet), mid-life issues, developing emotional intelligence, parenting, and finding emotional stability. I look forward to therapy sessions with her knowing that she can provide a level of support and understanding to any topics I bring to the table.

Amy is incredibly kind and thoughtful, yet provides very practical strategies to manage events in my daily life. She helped me halt some of my harsh self-talk thinking patterns in their tracks, and has helped me build the skills to navigate relationships better. I really appreciate her expertise!
