Amy has been extremely helpful working with me through the things I am struggling with. After only 2 sessions I feel extremely close to and understood by her. She asks great questions that help me to reflect on my inner experience. I feel that I can relate to her in a wide variety of ways. I am pleased as this was my first therapist match, and I feel that the betterhelp team did a great job of matching me with someone who is able to connect with my experiences and sees the world in a similar way. I feel much more confident and comfortable with myself after our sessions.

I have had a few therapists in my time. One was awful, one was ok and somewhat helpful, one was great but too expensive for me to afford, and Amy. I was nervous when deciding to go with better help, assuming I would get an ok therapist at best. I was so pleasantly surprised after our first session. I felt more confident and could see the future was a little brighter than how I had perceived it an hour earlier. I look forward to our sessions and the person I will become as Amy helps me get through all the muck of the past few years. After every session I can see a little more clearly how to make my life the best it can be. I appreciate her and better help for offering these services, especially at a reduced rate, as part of my therapy journey is getting through the trauma of a job I just recently left so funds are a little tight. . I also appreciate the accessability, because doing anything through health insurance is a lot as it is. Thank you again
