About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Nevada experienced in working with individuals (adults and teenagers) and couples. My approach is non judgmental as I see therapy as a partnership in working toward the goals that you want to achieve. I consider it a privilege to work with my clients who are willing to take the often difficult step of addressing issues of deep pain that they are experiencing. In my practice I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, cognitive processing therapy, logotherapy, and Gottman method couples therapy. Additionally, I have certifications in substance abuse treatment and anger management.

He’s great! If he hasn’t heard from me, he checks up on me to see how I’m doing. It’s normally perfect timing. He listens to me and helps me come up with solutions. So far it’s going well!

Andrew has helped me make sense of my concerns, no matter how jumbled up they seem. He’s kind, honest and never makes me feel like my concerns are invalid. He’s also quite realistic in his approach - I don’t feel like his advice is to placate me. In fact it allows me to get a better grip on what’s going on around me and work on acceptance.
