Dr. Dahl has been a welcome and extremely helpful person in my healing process. I say person because it's like talking to a friend more than a professional. I will continue to recommend betterhelp and Dr. Dahl.

Dr. Dahl is great to work with. She listens and responds to your thoughts and concerns, she lets you know what’s going on throughout your treatment and explains the methods she’s going to use. She’s very professional but also just fun to work with. She helped ease my anxiety about the whole therapy process and has been very open with me about the process.

Dr. Dahl has been extremely supportive and responsive. She has let me engage in "stream of consciousness" style talk therapy that may wander, but brings the focus back to my core concerns and guided goals. She also provides written reflection questions and checks in periodically, though I may not always have the presence of mind to respond.
