Hello! My name is Audrey, and I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts, with an M.A. in clinical psychology and expressive arts therapy.
If you are experiencing stressful life experiences, disconnection or emotional issues, connecting with a therapist can equip you with coping skills, increase your capacity for growth and connection and reduce pain and suffering. I care deeply about the relationship I establish with my clients. I am supportive and nonjudgmental, bring warmth and compassion to the work and enjoy working collaboratively.
My treatment approach combines person-centered, strength-based and somatic practices. I incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge thought patterns and solution focused to accomplish goals. I draw from mindfulness-based practices to increase awareness, cultivate compassion, build resiliency and help you to stay grounded in the present moment. As an expressive therapist I incorporate creative arts-based therapy for clients interested in healing through artistic expression: working with the body, movement, poetry, art, music, and drama.
I work with clients who struggle with extreme stress, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, medical related issues, career and academic issues, grief/loss and dementia.
I look forward to hearing from you and learning about your challenges and goals for the future.

She has been incredibly supportive and continues to help me.
She has helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life. She responds promptly and always with thoughtful responses. I've already recommended this app to others because of her
She made me comfortable right from the start. She is insightful and has the ability to target what I am feeling and describe my issues to a tee. I am very impressed so far, and look forward to continuing to work with her.
