So far she has been wonderful. I have been surprised with how easily I was able to open up to her! She has a comfortable and approachable demeanor about her that makes me feel safe. So far I am enjoying my first steps in therapy.
Melinda has a comforting presence and offers a safe space to discuss mental health.
I really appreciate my counselor. I feel heard. She is non-judgmental and can relate to some of what I am talking about in a non biased way. My husband has even said he had noticed a change in my reactions to situations since starting with Barbara. I have already recommended it to a friend of mine who is going through similar feelings. She is great!
Mindy has been a very caring and understanding provider to me so far. She replies to all my messages in a timely manner and gives my really useful tips and exercises to attempt on my own! I would recommend selecting her as your therapist.
