I've been talked to Bella for 2 months. I felt I change my way to think. The very first step of solving a problem is to know what the problem is. For facing the negative feelings, Bella lead me to accept the feeling first, name the feeling and then ask myself why do I feel that. For the first time, I truly felt like I connected with a therapist. Because with this app there are only words. No accidental thought processes from seeing me in person or hearing the words from my mouth. With all the other stuff stripped away there is only what I say when I speak with her. I purposely try to speak with eloquence and detail and she herself has no issue with asking me to elaborate more when needed.
