I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma, and my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together. I believe in meeting you where you are at with respect, compassion and understanding.
My approach is strength-based, goal oriented, and solution focused. I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy as well.

I've been talked to Bella for 2 months. I felt I change my way to think. The very first step of solving a problem is to know what the problem is. For the first time, I truly felt like I connected with a therapist. Because with this app there are only words. No accidental thought processes from seeing me in person or hearing the words from my mouth. With all the other stuff stripped away there is only what I say when I speak with her. I purposely try to speak with eloquence and detail and she herself has no issue with asking me to elaborate more when needed.
