About Me

I am an out queer counselor located in the Minneapolis metro area. I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked in the field of mental health and chemical health for over 6 years. I take a person-centered and non-judgmental approach to support all of my clients through stressors, life changes, anxiety, depression, healthy coping mechanisms, and any other goals that they may have. I utilize a mindfulness, holistic, and humanistic lens throughout all of my mental health services.

I also supervise a team of mental health counselors and have had extensive experience coaching individuals who are in the field of mental health, social work, chemical health, and other helping professions. I take a person-centered approach to support professionals through the ups and downs of working in this field, such as burnout, secondary trauma, and processing career goals.

I very much look forward to working with you!

Braden is incredibly insightful and very easy to talk to. I feel like he understands my concerns and I love that his approach focuses on understanding and acceptance rather than judgement.
