In summary Brett is a fine ear, I'm sorry to have to leave. Unfortunately with the pricing model being paid by the week regardless of there being an interaction, and with multiple cancellations 4 within a few months, I can't help but leave our arrangement under the premise of feeling used. I can get the same service, for a lesser price locally, without the convenience of online appointments.. But if the online appointments are not maintained, there is no advantage.
