Carol was the best therapist for me as I was dipping my toe into the scary world of therapy for the first time. I was dealing with life stressors that made me think i should reach out to a therapist but since I am generally self sufficient and VERY busy, the added time for therapy was difficult to justify.
I started with text message sessions with her which was a completely new experience for me, but those sessions were exactly what I needed to get started.
Our planned sessions every week helped to remind me that I'm not alone in my struggle and that it's very helpful to prioritize a deep conversation about self care once a week.
She helped me through a difficult time in my life and i would refer her to anyone I know that needs that little extra push to chase happiness, self -love, or to just keep going. Thanks a million, Carol!!!!

Carol East was very good about tailoring our discussions to my concerns and is a fantastic listener. That last part might sound minor but I think it's the most important thing I was looking for in a therapist.

Absolutely love her! She is the only therapist that I’ve had that truly listens. Talking to her is like talking to a best friend that has the best advice. 10/10 recommend her!!

Carol is a wonderful human with a very warm, welcoming feeling. It was easy to talk with her, whether it was her being a respectful listener, or her sharing insight and stories from her wealth of experience. I often found myself writing down things she said, as she has a skill for taking what seems to be a difficult concept and framing it into a simple, easy-to-understand tidbit of information. I strongly recommend using her services.
