About Me

Have you been wishing you just felt better? Or that you could figure out what was going wrong in one or another relationship in your life? The things I work with most with clients are self-esteem and relationship problems.

The approach I take is to work on two areas:

First, we figure out the practical things you need to start feeling better. That might be deciding what coping skills work best for you, or it might be figuring out how your thinking patterns might be affecting how you feel on a daily basis.

The second area to work on is the "insight" piece. What beliefs do you have that are affecting how you see yourself? Where did those come from?

I've been a counselor since 2005, and have a private practice with five others in Littleton, Colorado.

I hope to hear from you soon!

I would highly recommend Catherine. She is understanding and open minded and focuses on the goals and needs of her clients. She cares for people and has patience in working to find the best solutions.

Catherine is down to earth and very understanding. Great sense of humor, and wide range of helpful resources such as books, and movie references to help and draw from, too. Very helpful and supportive!

Cathy was tremendously helpful in a very dark time for me. She is thoughtful and responsive and that was just what I needed when I needed it.

I tried BetterHelp not knowing what to expect and have been very positively surprised. I thought it would take a long time to explain my situation unsure that anyone could help me. Not true. The very first message I got from Catherine spoke volumes to me. I knew she understood my needs and honestly cared. In just a couple of weeks I went from feeling helpless and numb to feeling a lot of hope for the future. I may have a long road, but I no longer feel lost and alone.

Catherine is very compassionate, non-judgmental, and flexible. She has helped me see things in a new way and asked some really good questions to make me stop and think about how I got where I am and more importantly how I'm going to move forward. We only have spoken via the messaging system which was by my choice, I'm sure that IF requested we would also speak in person. If you need someone that will listen to you intently, recommend resources specific to you, and be a great support I would highly suggest you connect with Catherine.
