I am genuinely, completely delighted to be working with Christina. I am so grateful to her and for her guidance.

Christina is very good at what she does. She’s a good listener, asks good questions, and pays good attention to details I give her. I feel very comfortable telling her all about me and I trust her insights. She never tells me what to do, but offers advice and meets me where I am. Highly recommend

Christina has been my counselor now for several weeks and I love that she makes me feel totally open in expressing myself fully without feeling embarrassed or ashamed. She’s extremely compassionate and both helps to validate what I’m feeling while also challenging me to change my perspectives so I can better manage my negative thoughts and anxieties. I would highly recommend her to someone new to therapy as well. I think she will leave a lasting impression for just how helpful this form of mental health can be.

Christina not only gives me comfort, but she understands what I am looking for in counseling. She is great at suggesting alternative ways to look at how I approach things and is excellent with Cognitive Behavior Theory which is the method I prefer. My goal is to change my thinking process and although I tend to be somewhat reluctant to let go of past concerns, she is encouraging, patient, and supportive.

I've only been working with her a few weeks but already she's been extremely helpful and I appreciate all she's offered and done for me.

I have been working with Christina for a few months, and I have found it to be extremely helpful. She combines offering helpful coping and behavioral techniques with empathetic and active listening. She is also active in between our weekly sessions, and checks in with me to see how I'm doing on something I've identified as a challenge or a goal I've set. I have no doubt that Christina genuinely cares and wants to see me succeed. With her support, I'm tackling processing some of the most difficult periods of my life and moving on from traumas. She is truly wonderful!

Christina has been so extremely helpful for me. She has guided me to better myself, to build a strong foundation, helped me know my self-worth, and to know that I am an individual and strong by myself. She has helped me process and move past my traumas. Because of her guidance, I am a 10x better version of myself.

I worked with Christina for a couple of months & she truly is an expert in her field. I have been seeing a therapist since my parents divorced when I was 9 & Christina taught me so many new things about emotional management that I had never even heard before. She offered so many additional resources that I feel confident and comfortable moving forward on my healing journey without her guidance. Although I will miss out weekly sessions as they were such a safe space for me to share. I would recommend Christina to anyone dealing with emotion conflict, anger issues or trauma.
