I can help guide you in a positive life direction. As a holistic therapist, I look at your overall wellness including physically, mentally, and spiritually. I look at eating habits, sleep hygiene, exercise and what you believe spiritually. By helping you to feel better physically, this can help improve your mood and decrease stress on your body. I also teach clients about Mindfulness to help them how to learn to live in the present moment and learning to accept one's thoughts and feelings. I am a warm, genuine person who is easy to talk with and I offer a nonjudgmental counseling environment.
