About me
Hello,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have helped a diverse population of adult clients including veterans to address common mental health concerns including: depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, relationship issues, life changes, and more.
My therapeutic style is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. I believe in treating clients the way that I would hope to be treated if I was seeking help. I have completed extensive training in psychodynamic therapy. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Each client is unique and I will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that specifically addresses your presenting concerns.
I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Christopher Dillon. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Fantastic. Thoughtful, caring, solution-oriented.
Christopher listens to you, not just paying attention to what you are saying, but he takes notes too! It’s clear that he truly cares about his clients and this profession. You cannot find better support than Christopher has to offer!
I've always been skeptical about the benefits of therapy for me personally. Chris has figured out how to help me break down my own barriers and be open to the benefits of therapy, excellent tactics to help issues I'm dealing with and creates a very warm welcoming environment where I feel heard. I am still amazed how well the tactics he helped me with work.
I think he’s an awesome listener who totally gets me and it’s refreshing to speak with someone who I really feel I’m benefiting from since starting therapy.
