I am licensed in Illinois with 37 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. While I work with people of all ages, I have a specialization in geriatric counseling (individuals over 60). My primary methods include cognitive behavioral therapy and compassionate communication.
