About Me

I am a supportive and non-judgmental therapist (she/her) licensed in Colorado with over 19 years of experience working with adults, children and teens. I have successfully worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety and stress, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome issues, relationship issues and life-skills. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I want to help you build coping skills by providing tools specific to your needs.

My therapy style is warm and client-centered. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels or gender roles. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness, and desensitization therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and satisfying life and to reach out to take steps towards making change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
