Denise is the best counselor I’ve ever had. I made more progress with my issues in a few months, than I did in a year with someone else. She honest, and gives me some truth to think about when that’s what I need. I stepped away for a few months, and decided to come back. She has welcomed me back with open arms. She’s been great with working around my crazy schedule in the past also.

Denise helps me sort out the noise in my anxious mind from the instincts my spirit is trying to have me listen to. She is encouraging and realistic - helping me find practical and doable things to try that change my unhealthy patterns of thinking.
