I've been working with Dennisha for several months, and she has been a steady and supportive presence throughout. She's a considerate and experienced therapist who takes the time to truly listen and understand what I'm going through. I appreciate how she offers thoughtful suggestions and coping strategies tailored to my situation. Her calm demeanor and grounded approach make it easier for me to open up about difficult topics. Each session leaves me feeling a little more clear and capable of moving forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and practical support.

She's very empathetic and understanding about my situation. I get support and advice that's useful. I don't feel intimidated or worried about being judged, which is something I have struggled with from prior therapists in my life.

She listens before giving advice and truly understands the ADHD mind so you don't get the same tired reused sayings that most of us have heard. Its very validating.
