Dennisha Pauley has helped me understand and feel validated with my ADHD diagnosis. She has been understanding as well as given me tools to help cope with it. Beyond that, she is witty and very personable, my sessions with her are always comforting and though professional, has been entertaining and informative.

She is amazing! Has been incredibly helpful in listening, being flexible and providing tangible advice to help on a daily basis - really listens and understands my neurodivergence, helping with my relationship, work, and life in general. That’s rare to find! Very grateful for Dennisha’s support.
