About Me

I struggled with anxiety, depression and anger issues as a teenager and never told anyone or asked for help. I had trouble with relationships because my parents divorced when I was 13 years old and I was lost. I was fortunate to find love, but was traumatized when my husband passed away suddenly. As a young adult, I sought counseling for the first time in my life. After years of therapy, and working hard to improve myself, I became healthy and happy. Many years later, I am a master’s level and state licensed clinical professional counselor with over 12 years of experience helping others become healthy and happy. I will help you to define your struggles, uncover what is holding you back, set goals, and keep you motivated while moving forward to achieve the happiness that you want and deserve. We may have some fun and some laughs along the way, too!
