About Me

Practicing since 2002 where I began my journey working with people that were facing life a life threatening illness. I began teaching at CSUs sine 2006 covering up to 15 different subjects, but known for teaching the Experience of Death and Dying. The clients I work with are diverse and I find I can connect with people from all ethnic/cultural backgrounds, religious/spiritual beliefs, and socio-economic backgrounds. I focus on meeting you where you are at utilize an approach called Positive Psychology.

As your therapist I help you identify and break down the barriers that are in the way of your happiness. I am here to work with you to find new ways around those barriers. I work with you to identify what does work, what's not working and what keeps you from doing what works. I help you to discover new coping tools that you can take with you and use for new challenges that you face
