WELCOME! My name is Donna Mann, and I’m a licensed, clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience. I completed my bachelor’s degree at Indiana University (concentration in psychology), and my Master’s degree in Social Work is from the University of Louisville. Some of my areas of expertise are: parenting/family challenges, interpersonal/relational struggles, grief and loss, life transitions, women’s issues, anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, couples and families. I draw from a variety of proven methodologies and techniques that are tailored to meet your individual needs.
I want to work together to develop a therapeutic relationship that addresses your area of need combined with an empathetic understanding and validation of feelings. In our therapy sessions you will be able to speak openly and honestly about your feelings in a non-judgmental/safe environment. With compassion, understanding and clinical expertise, we will work together to cultivate strengths, develop insights and achieve goals.
Seeking help is an important decision - choosing who can help is just as important. I value my work as a therapist and approach each client with a respect for their own unique identity. I am down to earth, easy to talk to, and enthusiastic. I’m looking forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Donna Mann is awesome and caring. She has helped me in dealing with some very trying times in my life and has also given me ideas for coping. I strongly recommend her.
Thank you Donna for your help, to get me pointed in the right direction in regards how to cope with my anxiety.
Thank you, Lissa
Love her. She is a wonderful person and counselor.
Excellent counselor. She really helped me when I was in a time of transition.
Donna is amazing. She is an amazing listener, knowing the right balance of when to stay quiet and when to provide suggestions and advice. Donna is quick to respond with thoughtful answers that provide feedback to issues I put forth.
Donna asks great questions and approaches each session with critical thinking. Donna's understanding of interpersonal relationships is outstanding, and she effectively provides resources and support. She was amazing helping me through the months we worked together to better manage my reaction to environmental factors that impact my anxiety and depression.
Donna has been excellent. In the short time that we have been conferencing she seems to get me. Just having someone to talk to and trust about issues, whose not involved with them AND who doesn’t pass judgement has been a god send.
