About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years social work experience and about 7 years as a therapist. I have worked with a wide range of issues but primarily focus anxiety and anxiety related issues such as OCD and childhood trauma. I also work with individuals struggling with life changes, depression, loss and family issues. I work with substance use co occurring disorders, as well as individuals with chronic and severe mental health such as bipolar disorder. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as telehealth certifications and anxiety specific training. I have extensive training in mindfulness including MBSR. I have worked with first responders, including individuals in the military and with criminal justice history.

My counseling style is relaxed and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am client centered and strengths based. I believe that everyone deserves a life filled with peace, contentment, and purpose, and my approach focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges while building resilience.

Through compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care, I offer the tools and guidance needed to manage stress, overcome obstacles, and create lasting positive change. Whether facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, or other personal struggles, I am here to support each individual on their unique journey toward well-being.

Beth helped me with a variety of techniques and suggestions. She provided worksheets where applicable and provided great feedback.
