About Me

Are you in need of support through a life transition? Struggling with a relationship? Dealing with feelings of low self-worth? Everyone’s story matters and I want to hear yours.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of California and Oklahoma. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and I have been licensed for the past 7. I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health and medical social work along with maintaining a private practice. I went into the social work field because social justice is a passion of mine along with assisting people to live the lives they want for themselves.

My approach is interactive and collaborative. This means we will talk during our sessions to create a way to work towards and achieve your goals. I emphasize a strength-based approach to help people achieve personal growth. In our sessions together I will help you identify what is working in your life and what you are hoping to change. We will work together to make that change happen.

Therapy is an individualized process and I use a variety of styles to address clients' needs. Compassion, authenticity, and empathy are the core components of my therapeutic work.

I have a special interest in working with Millennials and Gen-X women dealing with anxiety and depression, relationship issues with friends, family, and significant others, life decisions and transitions, stress and overwhelm, self-worth, and grief and loss. I also enjoy working with new moms and newlyweds as they adjust and grow into their new roles.

Elizabeth is very knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. She has helped me a lot in the short time we've worked together and really listens to my concerns and is helping focus in the areas I feel are most important to me. She has provided me with many tools to help me during some really challenging times, and I'm very grateful for her time and expertise!

I am impressed with Page’s ability to recall all the information I’ve discussed in the past. It makes it easier to follow up with past subjects. She is very insightful.

Page is extremely helpful! She is very patient, caring, and accommodating. Each time I speak with her I feel understood at a transformative level. By offering both phone sessions, video sessions, and text sessions, I feel comfortable knowing I can communicate my thoughts in any way I feel comfortable. Whether life is chaotic or going well, I always feel like my session helps me grow further as a person. People around me have also noticed a huge difference in my mental health since I began speaking with Page. Can't express how thankful I am for our sessions.

Page is a helpful, communicative person. She's professional, great at collecting ideas and helping to self reflect. She's super understanding and so nice! Highly highly highly recommend Page, for not only professionalism, but personal progress and someone who listens and collects.
