Hi, my name is Elizabeth Pezoa and I am a very experienced bilingual, Spanish-speaking, bi-cultural, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in CA. I obtained my CA LCSW License in October of 2004 and my CA LPCC License in February of 2014. I have a lot of ethics, integrity and compassion and enjoy working with clients. I began my first clinical internship back in 1993; obtained my Master Degree in Social Work in May of 1996 and have been working in different clinical settings with diverse groups of clients since this time. I am friendly, welcoming and really care for people. I have years of clinical training and work experience that allows me to utilize effective evidence-based clinical skills/theoretical approaches when providing treatment services to clients. I not only utilize my clinical skills and overall training when providing treatment, I also like to teach coping skills/tools to clients in order to manage the symptoms they present in treatment and for them to utilize these tools when dealing with life stressors and for their mental well-being. I take pride in my work and many of my clients have told me that I am easy to talk to and that they feel very comfortable opening up to me about their problems right away. I have provided effective and successful treatment to hundreds of clients throughout my career. I look forward to working with you and providing evidence based treatment services. Sincerely, Elizabeth Pezoa, LCSW, LPCC, PPSC

Great advisor. Works well on helping me integrate new workflows in my life to help with depression and anxiety.
She made me feel comfortable since day one and has helped me through my trauma I’m very fortunate to have her as a counselor
She is very knowledgeable and focuses on the scientific part of emotions and the way our brain responds. I appreciate that and I also appreciate that she responds to my messages in between sessions and she doesn’t seem to be judgmental, but she is still helpful. I like that provides helpful techniques and listens instead of acting like a normal friend who just listens.
I’ve just started with her but so far I’m super impressed and I’m really excited about the future with her.
Liz has been amazing and helped me so much. Very grateful to be working with her :)
Elizabeth is not only a great listener, she is brutally honest, even if I don't want to hear it. I need this kind of therapist to give me insight on what's going on in my mind as well as others. She also lets me know what she does and doesn't handle and gives suggestions from coping to other areas of support where I can find. I reccomend her to everyone but I would be sad if we had to stop working together. Starting over is hard.
Very knowledgeable and caring therapist. I have learned a lot in just two sessions.
I feel incredibly lucky to have been paired with my therapist.
