I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor, holding licenses in Vermont with over 20 years of experience. I have worked as a therapist and behavioral health counselor. I have expertise with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and substance use issues. Many of my clients experienced physical and emotional abuse with trauma related symptoms and I have been able to help them.
I connect with clients by making them feel comfortable and understood in a non-judgmental way. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I frequently use humor to ease tension, fear and to break the ice when coming to counseling. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectic behavioral and feminist approaches. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Awesome therapist to work with
Very well understanding of my situation. She is able to connect with me on a personable level.
Ms. Rebbe is personable and direct; she does a wonderful job of bridging the gap between understanding my situation and offering frank advice that I need to hear, whether I want to or not.
Gabriele has been helping me so much. She listens, has a lot of empathy and makes me feel understood. She’s also got a great sense of humor. I feel super safe with her.
I’ve been working with Gabby for a few weeks now and I’ve had an amazing experience. She’s helped me develop habits that have truly changed how I interact with my anxiety and I couldn’t be more grateful
I had an incredibly positive experience with Gabriele. As someone who was completely new to therapy, I was nervous to start and unsure what to expect. Gabriele made me feel comfortable, safe, and heard. Her kindness and sense of humor put me at ease right away. She provided me with tools and gave me realistic ideas on how to tackle the struggles I was facing. I feel very lucky to have found Gabriele as my therapist and would highly recommend her.
I came to Gabby looking for help with my gender identity. I'm not going to lie, I was concerned starting out being unsure of how she felt about the LGBTQ+ community. My concerns went straight out the window the first time we spoke! She makes me feel so at ease. I have had good and bad therapists in the past; she challenges me to dig deeper into myself and sort through my own feelings, but she also gives context and advise where necessary! After a few sessions, I had a family crisis. Gabby has been so supportive and helpful though it. After we talk, I always feel lighter, heard, and understood
Gabriele has helped me reveal some truths about my life which has left me in a healthier state of mind.
This was the first time I'd ever done talk therapy and Gabriele's knowledge along with her patience and understanding made it a very calming and productive experience for me. I started a new relationship a few weeks into our sessions and she helped me approach the anxiety I had around it in a much more rational and effective way. I'm a lot more at ease with myself now and I'm very thankful for all of her great advice!
Worked with Gabriele to get a handle on generalized anxiety that was starting to effect my daily life a bit too much. She was always on time for our sessions and gave me her full attention for their duration. I felt like our sessions were very focused and productive. I always left each one with at least one new tool to add to my anxiety mitigation toolbox. Many thanks!
I started to work with Gabriele to help find ways to support my anxiety and some family issues. Each session, I feel heard, and have an actual plan for myself to continue a healthy and positive path. Working with Gabriele has been amazing. I am so deeply appreciative for her help!
Gabriele is humorous, comforting, and very good at recommending lifestyle changes that work as long as you take the time to implement them!
Gabrielle is a very good listener and friendly too. Although we discuss hardships that I’m going through, we would still have that atmosphere of humour and laugh together now and then. Gabrielle is smart when dealing with people from different non-western culture. I recommend her.
