Hello, my name is Gregory Levine. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT). I have been working in the field for over 15 years. The way I work is that I help you to clarify your needs, make plans to reach your goals, and explore barriers towards fulfilling the plans. What we work on and how long it takes is completely up to you. In me you will find a counselor that is creative, understanding and supportive. I believe everyone has the potential to get past whatever barriers have been holding them back. My job is to help you along the way.
If you research it you will find that CBT is proven to be the most effective form of therapy. It allows the clients to have a clear understanding of what they are working on. The mystery of the counseling process is taken away and what is left are two people working towards a goal. It is my privilege to help others to improve themselves and look forward to hearing from you if I do.
In my years of experience I have encounter most types of challenges. Each person's story is unique, but I feel confident I can pull from my past experience to help you with your current challenges. Anxiety, depression, and trauma are amongst the areas I have the most expertise in.
