Hello! My name is Holly and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have been practicing for 8 years and have worked with a wide variety of clients with issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, and trauma. I have experience working with client in their teens up to clients in their sixties.
My counseling style is supportive and interactive. I believe that by treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion we can build the trust necessary to explore difficult issues. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, solution focused, and dialectical behavior therapy. I have also been trained in EMDR and certified in trauma focused CBT.
For many it takes a lot of courage to take the first step in seeking a happier, more fulfilling life and I am here to support you through that process when you are ready to take that first step.
I look forward to working with you!

I appreciate Holly and her calm demeanor. Even when I start getting off subject she listens to everything I have to say and then gives me tools and "homework," related to my concerns.
Her exercises are most instructive and provide clear tools for be to correct maladaptive behavior in my real life.
