I like the fact that I have someone who I can write to anytime about how I FEEL low and I always GET very useful advice and reply from Ingrid, although she lives all the way in New York and I live in the Australian out back still feel like she's gives the right counseling.

Mrs. Johnson is a wonderful counselor and a great listener. She's kind, respectful, and reminds me of that one aunt who you can always speak your mind to without judgment. Her suggestions always come from a place of "you're doing fine; how can we keep that up?" rather than, "you're broken; here's how you can fix yourself". And I appreciate that :)

Ingrid has such a wonderful presence about her and I'm so glad that we were matched with each other. I feel as if I've met her in person- but we connected instantly and I am thoroughly pleased with the help I've received so far. I'm confident this journey will be helpful with her. Not only is she positive and open to listening, but her feedback is actually helpful and I am always looking forward to getting her responses.

She’s great! I’ve only had one phone session with her so far, and she has helped me immensely by understanding what I’m going through but also giving me helpful solutions in dealing with my issues. Highly recommend!

Ingrid has been incredible! She is so supportive and encouraging of my healthy behaviors and really helps me problem solve when I have a particular problem. I never feel judged, it’s always a safe space to talk about how I’m feeling. Thanks, Ingrid, it’s fantastic to have the extra support I need right now.

I’ve had a couple different therapist but Ingrid is very different. I like her so much she make me very comfortable when talking about my problems to her, she listens every details and helped me to overcome uncertainty and to decisions. She always follow up and send me msgs ask me how I’m doing even when I’m not active or no schedules for sessions. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommended Ingrid.
