Ingrid is an absolute godsend. After struggling with past therapists, I feel beyond grateful to have found her. From our very first session, she exuded warmth and understanding, making me feel comfortable to share even the most vulnerable parts of myself.

Ingrid possesses a rare combination of patience, empathy, and expertise. She listens intently to my struggles and offers immense support, never once making me feel judged or dismissed. Her ability to truly understand the complexities of my emotions has been a game-changer in my healing journey.

What sets Ingrid apart is her willingness to challenge me. While her support is unwavering, she also pushes me to think about things in different ways, encouraging me to step outside of my comfort zone and confront difficult truths. It's through her guidance that I've experienced real growth and transformation.

I can't emphasize enough how much of a positive impact Ingrid has had on my life. She has played an essential role in my journey towards healing and self-discovery. I feel incredibly lucky to have her in my corner, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of support and guidance.

I've been working with Ingrid since 2020. She is kind, thoughtful, and truly listens to what's going on. She remembers things from the way back and she's gentle in her approach. Ingrid is not judgmental at all and I can always be totally honest with her. True to the CBT approach, she has never told me what to do yet we have still celebrated countless lessons and wins together!

Ingrid is responsive, but what I like most is that she is solutions oriented (whether that's how she works or because I told her thats what I wanted).
