About Me

Hello, I am a therapist who likes to listen and and work with people in an integrative and creative way. This means that I don't follow one particular way of working but will respond to the person who has come to therapy and find a collaborative way of working together. During the pandemic I provided online support to NHS staff on the frontline of coping with Covid-19. I am a registered member of the BACP and have a Masters in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

My varied career as journalist; a university lecturer and course leader providing pastoral care; and most recently as a wellbeing worker working with people new to the UK means I can relate to people from all walks of life and backgrounds and consider situations from different angles in an open minded and non-judgemental way. I offer phone or video sessions providing a safe and confidential space.

Jacqueline is extremely empathetic and attentive. She listens to what I have to say and provides me with useful tips and suggestions to better cope and improve my health. She is kind and welcomes everything I have to share. She creates a safe space and I feel at ease with her presence.
