I am a licensed clinical social worker (LSCW) and licensed addictions counselor (LAC) in Indiana with over 12 years of experience. I have worked in many different levels of care, including residential, inpatient, and outpatient group, but find individual therapy to be the most rewarding. I have worked with clients ranging in age from 18 to mid-80s. Many of my clients are seeking help with problems such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse/dependence issues, grief and loss, stage of life changes, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and family conflict.
My counseling style is warm and informal. I believe all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, without judgement or labeling. My approach is a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Starting therapy for the first time or even just starting with a new therapist can be scary or uncomfortable. I will work to make our time together a positive and rewarding experience. I like to respond to your messages promptly, typically within 24 hours.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

I don’t know what I would do without Jacqui. She is especially amazing at identifying what her patient needs and then accommodating those needs with a delivery tailored to each individual. In other words, Jacqui learns your language and speaks it fluently so that you always feel on the same page. Very grateful for her!
Knowledgeable and professional. Responds in a timely matter, checks in with me daily. Highly recommended!
Jacqueline is a fantastic therapist! I have participated in traditional therapy before but the therapy she has provided has truly helped me make positive changes in a short time frame. It’s convenient to be able to message at any time. She’s prompt with her responses and her experience is really notable. I highly recommend her as a therapist!
She is one of the best!
Therapist was extremely insightful into my depression
This is my first time going to therapy and I wasn’t sure what to expect. In our short time together I trust Jacqueline and her approach, and feel extremely comfortable talking with her. Continue to look forward to our conversations!
Jacqueline is very devoted to her patients and when they don’t respond she checks in regularly.
Super great. Listened to me and helped me figure out a game plan while also noticing when I was pushing myself too hard or blaming myself for things that weren’t my fault/out of my control. Easy to talk to and seems genuinely happy to see you progress.
I felt an immediate connection with Jacqueline after just a few messages. As an introvert, I have difficulty opening up to strangers. I was able to open up immediately with Jacqueline because of the connection I felt. It has made the live sessions very helpful and productive.
I really like that she checks in with me when she hasn't heard from me for a few days. It's a great reminder that my mental health is important to maintain, even when I'm having a great day. Thank you Jacqui!
