Jame is very kind, caring, and validating of my feelings, while at the same time encouraging me to make better choices for my mental health.

She seemed to genuinely care and reached out until I came around. I appreciate her a lot.

Jamie has been fantastic from the start. She took the time to get to know what I was looking for out of counseling and encourages me to meet any goal I set without judgment. I was worried that live chats would feel less personal but I feel like Jamie really is getting to know me and I feel comfortable sharing with her. She is also quick to respond with relevant and validating advice.
