About Me

I will put you, the client, your life goals first and help you reach them. We will work together, identifying your goals and using the modalities I have expertise in. We will also integrate tools that I have been trained in. These tools have helped me on my own growth journey and the clients that I have worked with.
I believe in the value of connecting to the body as a way of healing developmental trauma. This trauma could be manifesting in different ways, physically, mentally, emotionally, or a combination of all.
My work is grounded in psychological theory, evidence-based practices and incorporates mindfulness.
I can help with:
Guilt and Shame.
Grief and Loss.
Anxiety and Depression.
Major Life Transitions.
Aging Challenges.
Early childhood trauma and its manifestations in adulthood.

I have been trained in Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Grief and Loss theory, Trauma Centered Mindfulness, Mental Health Recovery, and Cultural, Generational and Individual trauma and its impact on adult development.
