I will incorporate numerous theories and techniques throughout a session depending on what we are working on and how you feel they fit with your needs. Most importantly, I am here to listen. I have over 24 years of counseling experience and have a strong background in working with all types of issues and goals. I have worked with all ages including children, adults, couples, and families.
