Therapy with Jennifer has changed everything. Sometimes I can’t believe the place I’m in now compared to when I began several months ago. I knew therapy was the right decision, but I didn’t realize how much I needed it. She’s the perfect fit for me and I see that in my Ah Ha moments when she’s said something that connects so perfectly or asks the question that I needed to hear. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is in the topics that are present in my life and her kind, yet assertive approach. I am so grateful to have found her!

Jennifer is so great! I had a not so great experience with another counselor recently and she totally changed my mind and turned things around! She is so professional, lots of experience, and makes me feel so safe. Highly recommend!

I am having a really great experience with Jennifer. I find her approach inquisitive yet clear and concise. She creates a space for me to reflect on my thoughts without leading but then uses those thoughts to suggests points to facilitate growth. Her approach is gentle yet active, which I consciously (and more unknowingly) appreciate a great deal!

Jennifer is one of the kindness most supportive people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing and she has been a wonderful addition to my wellness team. I have been dealing with multiple chronic illnesses for almost a decade and, with Jennifer’s help, I have started to accept and embrace my new life. My life isn’t over...it just looks a little different. Jennifer has helped me immensely with her straight forward approach to things.

Jennifer really goes above and beyond when it comes to making her clients feel supported. Being my first time in therapy, I was nervous about the online format. Jennifer takes her time to respond to every piece of your messages, really letting you know that she has heard you and sees how your mental health may be playing a factor in your experiences.
She not only listens with heart and soul, but she is also ready to provide you with the tools and information you need to better understand and cope with what you’re going through. She helps to organize your thoughts and come up with goals on how to overcome the struggle.
I’m so grateful for this experience, and having been matched with Jennifer as my therapist!

Jennifer offers support free from judgement and creates an environment that allows me to be heard, feel validated, be ok feeling vulnerable, ask the important questions and makes me feel encouraged. I am more than happy to work with her and have found her support to be instrumental in my path to bettering myself.

Jennifer is a calm presence and responds almost instantly. There is no pressure from her to keep the conversation going but checks in regularly to let me know she’s still there to talk to.
