About Me

At some point in our lives, we are faced with unexpected challenges. For some people, these challenges can seem overwhelming and the burden can be too much to carry alone. My job is to assist you in lifting these burdens and train you in developing a personal inner strength.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio. I have over four years of experience working with a wide range of issues including depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and personality disorders. My specialities include self-esteem issues, relationship problems, and issues with self-harm.

I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling. I assist my clients in identifying and changing irrational thoughts and beliefs that are contributing to their negative feelings. I help them discover new ways of coping and let go of harmful behaviors.

I am looking forward to working with you!
