I've had two appointments with Jewrine Brown and found she has already helped me manage my stress! She is great at being objective and getting to the point of things. This is great for me since I tend to go in circles in my head.

Jewrine is a caring, honest therapist, which is exactly what I need at this point in my life. She listens to me and gives me tips when I ask her to do so. What I like most about Jewrine is that she is direct and doesn’t beat about the bush, and she challenges my thoughts and beliefs, which is a quality I believe really helps me to grow and improve as a person. She checks in regularly, and sends me appropriate worksheets and homework to work on, as well as topics to consider before the next session, allowing me to get the most out of the weekly calls. I would highly recommend Jewrine to anyone who is having difficulties in their life or feeling unsure of how to work their way through their current situation. She is sure to help you through and help you come up with creative solutions you might not have through about.

I have been going through a breakdown that made my life quite complicated and hard to deal with. After finally deciding to quit my ego and sign-up for therapy, I had the luck to have Jewrine as my therapist. I feel blessed and lucky for having her as she helped me to have another perception of my reality. Not only that, but she reassured me on my positive values and provided me with tips to how take even more advantage of them and elevate myself.
It is not only about listening to sweet words of course, I also saw a solid and objective view from her side that made me realise many things about myself. What I find quite importante as we need to also be pointed at whenever is necessary.
I really appreciate her and totally recommend you her words and methodology.

Miss Brown is very kind and helpful. I was afraid of coming into therapy, because I felt like I would be judged. So far I’ve had nothing but a good experience with my therapist. She listens and responds in a way that is calming, which makes me feel seen and heard in a new way. I don’t feel judged at all. I look forward to the next session we have together.
