About Me

Hello! My name is Jill Weigel. I look forward to partnering with you to address whatever stressors you are dealing with. I have background and experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I help individuals set goals and action plans around the issues that are causing the most stress and that they want to work on. I have experience working with a variety of individuals in the areas of stress, anxiety, and depression. I have also helped clients to address family issues that are impacting their personal lives and sense of self.

I have been a Social Worker for over 30 years, providing counseling and therapy for 19 of those years. I strive to build trusting relationships my clients so that we can work toward developing a plan for success together. My goal is to help facilitate a happier, less stressful life for all those that I work with - and together we can make that happen! I look forward to the opportunity to help you develop and use the tools that you need for a more peaceful and successful life.
