I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been providing individual therapy and group counseling services to people throughout South Florida for over 3 years. I graduated from University of Central Florida in 2012 from the School of Social Work, and have a Minor in Women Studies. But more importantly, I am a change agent! My counseling approach is strengths based, solution-focused, and holistic in nature; allowing for clients to reach their capacity for growth in multiple facets of their life.
With the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I help clients recognize & build on strengths they already possess, while changing relationships or views on their perceived challenges. In group settings, I motivate clients to recognize the bigger picture in their life's masterpiece - drawing elements from their environment to accentuate potential. I have worked in multiple settings to include acute/inpatient levels of care and have had experience working with a multitude of emotional and behavioral disturbances, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder I and II.
All in all, my goal is to help you meet yours.
- Stress, Anxiety
- Trauma and abuse
- Self esteem
I also have experience in Addictions, LGBT, Relationship, Family, Grief, Intimacy-related, Eating, Parenting, Anger, Career, Bipolar

Very understanding and great to work with.
Judine is wonderful! She takes the time to not only understand where you're coming from but breaks where you're going down into easy to accomplish chunks. I would recommend her to everyone. Very talented.
She's fantastic and I love how honest she is and how relatable she feels. It never felt like I was talking to a stranger which was a fear of mine when starting. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to start counseling.
Judine is very observant, responsive, and personable. She'll check in with you if you haven't made contact to make sure everything is okay. She has made the online counseling experience a positive one for me.
