About Me

As a licensed professional counselor, my goals are to help my clients gain self-awareness, create new choices, and to take action towards creating a healthier life. I believe that vulnerability and authenticity are essential for self-actualization and a sense of worthiness. My main goal during therapy is to allow each individual to develop their voice so they feel empowered in their own narrative instead of replaying the same damaging and negative stories that have caused them distress. In the words of Jung, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become".
I am a licensed therapist (LPC) with a degree in counseling (MC). I have served all ages of individuals in psychiatric hospitals, schools and individual settings. I work with a wide variety of issues including trauma, mood disorders, codependency, and anxiety. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I use a multi-treatment approach and utilize evidence-based interventions to help my clients reach their goals including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also utilize mindfulness and meditation. I individualize my approach to meet the client's own specific and unique needs.

She's very kind and easy to work with. She always knows what to say and what to talk about. Everything is super easy with her, choosing how I want to communicate and at what times, and really just there for you. Gives little projects for you to do to learn more or set goals, super helpful. Definitely recommend <3
