Katie is wonderful, kind, insightful and provides resources that guide you toward assisting in better over mental health. She listens, is on time and provides feedback in needed places. She's great and takes her time to dive deeper if you allow for room to grow.

Katie is very knowledgeable and professional in her field. Katie helps me identify behaviours from others that are abusive, steamrolling, manipulative and brainwashing. She also gives me a lot of positive affirmations and confidence. I've made tremendous progress since we started in December and continue to enjoy our sessions as she gives me strength to keep going in my healing and self-awareness. I most definitely recommend Katie 110%!

Katie is an incredible listener and very reassuring. She does ask questions to get to the grit of things and I appreciate that.

She points out the positive things about me that I don't take the time to point out to myself. The things she says ring true. What astonished me the most was, during our first meeting, Katie was discerning and audacious enough to point out that no, I was not suicidal, and it occurred to me that she was right, to my surprise.
