About Me

Hi, and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), meaning that I have completed a rigorous course of study and training over a number of years to ensure that I can best address a variety of social and mental health issues. I received my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and now live in Florida with my two crazy little boys and husband who is an active duty service member.

My treatment approach typically acknowledges the influence that external factors, such as personal relationships, social status, or family history can have on our well-being. My aim is to help you harness the strength necessary to face the challenges that life will throw your way.
I have a great deal of training in the areas of trauma (PTSD), both military combat related and sexual assault. I also have first-hand knowledge of the complications associated with serving your country- as a service member, spouse, or family member. I have experience in treating family conflict, substance abuse, anxiety and depression, anger management, and relationship difficulties to name a few.

I can provide short-term solution oriented treatment as well as long-term emotional processing. Your treatment goals and how much you will benefit from services are completely up to you but I will be here to guide you every step of the way. You’ve already taken the first, and most difficult step, so contact me if you are ready to start the course towards a happier, simpler life.
