Hi, I'm Kelli and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California. I have provided therapy services in Utah and California, and have been doing so for the last 4 years. I am passionate about the work I do and truly find it rewarding to be able to help someone through a challenging time in their life. I value the opportunity to empower my clients and help them to be their best selves. It is so important to me to be able to help break the stigma that is surrounding mental health, and help others to see that it's okay not to be okay. I also find it beneficial to provide a casual atmosphere for my clients to feel most comfortable; it allows for a more open dialogue and more effective treatment.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including; residential treatment centers, day treatment facilities, psychiatric institutions, outpatient facilities, private practices, and most recently in a high school. My primary approach to therapy includes; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Family Systems approach. I have worked with individuals suffering from a wide range of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to; depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, major life changes, parent-child relationship issues, intimate relationship issues, anger, substance abuse, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorders, and Bipolar disorders.

Kelli really helps me sort through my mess of thoughts. She helps me navigate through everything and helps me look at the situation with a different perspectives.
Very good. She makes you feel safe and allow you to know that she here to support you.
Kelli is fantastic and knowledgeable at what she does. On top of that, she is incredibly passionate about each of her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they succeed and find answers to their questions. I highly recommend Kelli to anyone who needs guidance in their life and the structure to send them in the right direction. Kelli offers many exercises and worksheets to help you understand yourself better and reach your goals. Not to mention, Kelli is very easy to talk to and offers a safe space to openly talk about problems or even share a highlight of your day. I've literally laughed and cried with her! Highly recommend Kelli!
Kelli is awesome! She was able to provide some different exercises I could use in order to cope with what I was going through. She’s so helpful and understanding!
Kelli takes the time to hear me explain my situation and thought process, and she offers guidance which takes into consideration my emotions and the full picture. I feel zero judgement from her responses and that has made my experience on Better Help beneficial. I also appreciate her timely response, especially on an online therapy service.
Kelli is amazing! I am so glad I found her!
Kelly is an awesome counselor and I know she will give great advice and is always there when I need her. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
I’ve only had a few sessions with Kelli so far, but she is amazing! I feel like she understands me and validates my wide range of feelings and emotions. It took me three therapists before finding her. I’m glad I stuck with BetterHelp and matched with her.
Very competent and understanding. Very intelligent therapist.
Kelli is patient, understanding and flexible.
Kelli is a great counselor who is compassionate and takes you seriously. She always replied to my concerns and issues with great advice and understanding. Kelli also made me feel comfortable when talking to her, and she really listens to you. Getting counseling from Kelli have helped me with multiple issues and also started a positive change with myself.
Kelli is an intellectual and caring person and knows how to dig into the root of the issues without pushing someone to be uncomfortable with it. She also treats me personally like a normal human being, which is what I’ve been looking for in a counselor; someone who sees me as a person who needs help, not a nutcase on the verge of breaking down. Would definitely recommend.
