I was struggling when I met Kelsey and both think and feel that she was exactly the right therapist for me (how did I get so lucky?). Within the first few minutes, she was sharing just the ideas, insights, validation, and help I needed to begin healing--that's HUGE! I keep telling everyone that I have the most amazing therapist and am so grateful for her. FIVE STARS for Kelsey FOR SURE!

Thank you so much.

Kelsey is kind, compassionate, understanding, and a pleasure to talk to. She has personal anecdotes that have been meaningful to me. She validates my feelings, and helps me to understand my worth and that my happiness is the most important thing at this time in my life. I'm retired and have spent the last 40 years taking care of others and I'm having a hard time transitioning from that to taking care of myself. So her support and encouragement are very helpful.
