About me
Brene Brown has said, "The middle is messy but it's also where the magic happens." I agree with this sentiment, and I want to get in the mess with my clients and help them find the magic. In today's world there are so many external factors that lead to pain, confusion, worry and being overwhelmed. But there is also a lot of beauty in that same world, we just need to be reminded of it. As Glinda the Good Witch once told Dorothy Gale, " You had the power all along." I want to work with my clients to tap into that power, to work together to overcome the external stressors and find the inner peace and strength that we all have.
I am licensed in Arkansas and have spent the last 14 years providing therapy and support to clients. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Lindsey is the model of person-centered therapy. She meets me right where I am each session, and she maintains my growth and patterns despite our time apart. I am fortunate to have been paired with her. I have grown and refocused my attention to my own life time and again in our work. Can’t say enough good about this amazing provider!
