About me

I am a licensed therapist in Tennessee. I have spent years training to provide the most effective therapy that I can to help others heal their lives. My goal is to help people overcome life challenges and live their best life. Do you hurt from depression, anxiety, narcissistic relationships, loneliness, addictions or because of a life change? You are not alone. There is help for emotional pain and starting therapy is the first step to healing. My favorite quote is "There are people who take the heart out of you, and people who put it back." Simple, but meaningful. I offer my experience, compassion, and experience to take us on a healing journey. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, heartbreak, divorce, communication problems, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, , self esteem, and confidence.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use Christian counseling techniques when requested.
