About Me

As a counselor with 15 years of experience and licensed in Colorado, I really enjoy working with people and am looking forward to offering support for those affected by the pandemic, as well as other challenges. I have quite a bit of experience working with folks who have been through difficult life changes and stressors, as well as those struggling with depression and anxiety. I also specialize in working with couples and individuals with a focus on relationship and intimacy issues. So, if you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, individually or with your partner, I am here to help.

My focus is mindfulness-based with emphasis on developing clarity and insight, while offering practical tools to help you move forward. And, while we gain new direction and understanding, you will experience my gentle directness, willingness to be frank and accessible, and moments of laughter-yes, therapy can be productive and fun!

Margie has gone out of her way to make me feel like a priority and like our time together is important. I can tell she adjusts her language to best suit my understanding of the topic at hand. I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and intelligent counselor!

I'm very happy that Margie was assigned as my counselor. She has been crucial during a very tough moment in my life. Always with a great disposition to help an d be available in whichever way she can, and the best of all is that she posses all the great qualities a therapist needs. She is very professional, but warmly caring, checking on you when you most need it. Always providing an ear to listen to the personal struggles that one brings, and providing good judgement and feedback for one to work on. Thanks Margie, you made this online experience a great one!

Margie is kind and thoughtful. She really gave me some sound advice and great homework type material to read and follow along to change my patterns. I highly recommend her.
