Life is full of challenging experiences … and people! We all need an encouraging mentor to listen and guide us toward our goals. Family and friends may mean well, but unfortunately they usually have their own agenda, criticize without understanding, and offer advice that is best for them- not you. I bet this is happening to you right now. This is just a natural way with untrained people. Let me empower you!
Let’s get you on track to where you want to go. We’ll have fun and maybe share some tears along the way.
Managing your stress, anxiety, and depression is our goal. You may be in a difficult or strained relationship that leaves you drained and even sucks the life out of you. No wonder you are tired!
Just like the hundreds of other clients I have helped to return joy to their lives, I offer 25 years of professional experience.
You can do this! Start right now and sign up for your session with me. We’ll even laugh a little! You need this and don’t want to be stuck in this place, do you? Let’s talk now!

Marie is wonderful! She listens, checks in on you, suggests different things, and when you feel stuck, she asks questions to help draw you back out. I like her approach very much.

How would I review Marie specifically to me.... she's the mom I never had, the grandmother I never had, the best friend I never had. She builds me up and helps my walls come down. I smile every time I see her. She is someone that I would want in my life every day but I can't afford that. I look forward to seeing her every week. We need more Marie's in the world!

Marie Duncan is so caring and really sees me as a person. I have made so much progress just in the few weeks I’ve been seeing her. I highly recommend her; she helps me establish specific goals that have helped me in my healing journey.

Marie listens intently. She takes notes about what I tell her, and brings positivity and a sense of ease to our talks. When Marie reflects back to me what I say, I feel grateful because I know that I am understood and safe to be vulnerable/open.

We haven't been talking long, but I like her. She has a great sense of humor. She does pretty well of pulling me out of my own bubble. First listening to me, waiting, and then coming back with positivity that I KNOW is there with myself.
I've lived in self wallowing and self hatred for so long, I feel I don't deserve any good from the world. I feel like I NEED that constant reminder that things are going to be ok. And with my mama gone, I haven't had that lately. I can work through my thoughts in a safe and comforting way, and that's DETRIMENTAL to heal.
So, thank you Marie. Thank you for what you do and how you do it. You're a big help. I'm looking forward to our journey together as we help me be a better me.
