It always feels good when you can open up and trust all your issues to someone. I'm happy that with Dr. Parisi I didn't have the feeling that my treatment gonna last forever. Dr. Parisi has a kind of problem-solving approach and he really encouraged me with it. He is not just professional, he has a good heart and during sessions, I could really feel how he genuinely cares.
I'm happy that I'm finishing therapy :) Thank you, Dr.Parisi!
Great counselor with a good background of experience. Dr. Parisi is direct and will orient you to your problem and help guide you in finding solutions.
Dr Parisi was so great to work with. He listened to my issues and provided strategies that I’m implementing. I’m grateful for his guidance and good humor.
Dr. Parisi is amazing. He really helped me gain perspective and look at things differently which is getting me through the quarantine away from home. He was always there to listen to everything I had to say, big or small. I'm greatful to him for helping me out when I didn't know how to help myself.
Dr. Parisi has been the only therapist who has actually helped me create a plan and set goals for myself. He's very matter-of-fact and that's the kind of approach I needed to make changes in my life. I now have the tools and mindset I need to deal with the things I couldn't before. I'm incredibly grateful for Dr. Parisi's help.
Dr. Parisi gave me the tools to deal with anxiety, depression, negative spiraling thoughts which I continue to apply. I like the fact that he responds quickly and always has a thought provoking response to help me look at things differently. He is very patient, direct and practical. He helped me get a better understanding of why I act a certain way so that I can improve. I’ve seen a lot of progress since I started with Dr. Parisi. Very grateful to him!
Dr. Parisi gave me the direction I needed. He encouraged me to journal and asked me the questions I needed to learn the truth. He's helped me become more confident in my journey, honestly couldn't have done it without him.
Dr. Parisi is such a genuine, kind person. He takes the time to listen and will check in on me between sessions to see how I am doing. After only a few weeks, I was already seeing progress towards my goals!
Dr. Parisi helped me work through issues I was dealing with and helped me feel much better about myself. I was able to understand the root of my challenges and find a way to avoid them. He was very attentive and resourceful and timely responded to all my emails. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for help.
Dr. Parisi has been a great fit for me. I have seeked therapy in the past but it always felt like I was just talking to someone and not getting practical help. Dr. Parisi’s approach is very practical and direct. He truly cares about seeing you make progress and provides the tools to do so. The important part is that you have to utilize these tools throughout your week and commit to being better. Therapy is a two way street. I sought out Dr. Parisi’s help for insecurity and relationship issues and I have improved within one month and will continue to seek his guidance and expert opinion.
Dr Parisi helped me so much with his practicality, compassion and his “call to action” type of therapy. He is so easy to talk to and he’s definitely affective. I feel so much better and I have a strategy to move forward now. ❤️
