About me

I am a family and marriage counselor with experience working with adolescents, individuals and couples, I respect that personal growth is individualized and I honor the client's own sense of self reflection. I am an active listener and see the client and therapist connection as the basis of co-creators of healing for the client.
I have experience in grief counseling, CBT, depression, anxiety using a myriad of approaches.
I am a Christian but do not promote any dogmas that do not fit with the client's growth and focus.
I draw upon my own life experiences ( I've been married for 50 years) as well as documented relationship work in my ongoing continuing education for relationship therapy.

One of the best therapist out there! If you're willing to work on your healing and is serious about it, then she's your girl! I wish I had met her sooner.

Lynn has become a safe place. She is warm, welcoming and a great listener. She is incredibly intentional when choosing her words and giving advice; I know that she speaks to me specifically to what she knows fits my personality rather than text book therapy. One of the best parts of our conversations is that Lynn is a place of accountability. She will ask what you’ve worked on and is consistent to build upon your last conversation. Mary Lynn has been wonderful and I would highly recommend her.
